  • Our approach

Grow Mindfully uses a collaborative, mindfulness-based and somatic approach to therapy that creates a safe, empathic space for understanding difficulties and their origins. The practice specializes in attachment-based, trauma-informed, and compassion-focused therapies, alongside body-oriented and connection-based approaches. Practitioners work with you to develop personalized resources and skills that help you thrive. Sessions centre on fostering self-awareness and lasting change by becoming curious about patterns with mindfulness and compassion, rather than focusing on fixing problems.
