  • Our approach

At Warrior Centre, therapy takes a holistic and personalised approach, with sessions tailored to each child's unique needs and goals. Sessions are designed to be inclusive and engaging, working with areas such as core strength, coordination, fine and gross motor skills, emotional regulation, and communication. The team brings an understanding of neurodiversity, with coaches who are themselves on the spectrum, creating an environment where children build confidence while learning practical skills like bike riding, climbing, and overcoming fears. Every session is structured with "out of the box thinking" to keep learning fun and meaningful, whether delivered one-on-one or in group settings.

  • Meet the team

Warrior Centre's team includes Samantha Cook, a Registered Senior Psychologist who specialises in behaviour management, ASD/ADHD diagnostic assessment, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, neurodivergent therapies, and OCD. The centre also employs coaches who are on the spectrum themselves, bringing firsthand understanding of neurodivergent experiences and the challenges clients face. This combination of professional psychology expertise and lived experience creates a team equipped to provide both clinical support and relatable mentoring across a range of developmental and emotional needs.
