Our approach
Maple Psychology offers a gentle and play-based approach to child therapy that creates a safe and supportive environment for children to work through their challenges at their own pace. Sessions are collaborative, with therapists working closely with families throughout the therapeutic process to ensure the best possible outcomes for the child's mental health. The approach emphasises comfort and safety, allowing children to explore and process their experiences in a way that feels natural to them. For adolescents, the focus shifts to creating a tailored space where young people can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping skills, and improve their overall wellbeing during this important life stage. The philosophy underlying all services is one of unity, quiet transformation and peaceful inner work, reflecting the values that guide the clinic.
