About Mindstate Consulting

Mindstate Consulting is founded on the belief that the ability to overcome life's difficulties depends on one's state of mind when encountering hardship. The practice was created to address a gap in society where many people feel current treatment options do not help them understand themselves and their unique difficulties. Having someone to talk to with lived experience of similar challenges helps clients feel understood and builds the self-esteem and skills necessary to face life's challenges.
