  • Our approach

Good Minds psychologists work collaboratively with clients, tailoring therapeutic approaches to individual needs and prioritising well-being and self-discovery. The team is trained in evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, and Schema Therapy, among others. Sessions focus on helping clients explore and understand their unique lived experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Psychologists consider broader systemic, social, cultural, and environmental influences alongside individual factors. The approach emphasises informed decision-making and collaboration, helping clients navigate challenges while recognising their strengths.
