Your first appointment is 50–60 minutes long, during which the psychologist will get to know you, understand what's been difficult, explore what you'd like to change, and discuss what's helped before. You're welcome to bring notes or simply come as you are; the session goes at your pace. Please complete the online intake and consent forms before your appointment. Sessions are available in person in Sydney or via secure telehealth across Australia, and the session concludes with a clear plan and time for your questions.
