Our approach
Keystone Psychology uses evidence-based, ethical, and flexible therapy that is responsive to each young person's individual learning style, personal and environmental needs. Sessions aim to help children and adolescents who are dealing with a range of concerning behaviours—including those related to anger, aggression, mental health difficulties like depression and anxiety, trauma, and family issues—to make positive change. The service provides a safe, respectful counselling environment where sensitive concerns can be explored. Recommendations are tailored to each individual with realistic and achievable implementation strategies. The team draws together puzzle pieces through comprehensive assessment and rehabilitation to help young people address challenges for a healthier future.
