Our approach
CoordiKids offers online video exercise courses developed by occupational therapists that blend evidence-based strategies with sensory integration principles. The courses feature guided video exercises designed to be done at home at your own pace, covering areas like fine and gross motor skills, attention, emotional regulation, and sensory processing. Sessions are structured as sequential exercises that children can work through daily, and the program is tailored to support children with conditions including ADHD, autism, dyspraxia, and developmental coordination disorder. Parents can join their child during the exercises to create engaging, fun activity time together while building body-brain connections.
Working with families
Parents are central to the program, with courses designed as home-based activities that children complete with family support. Testimonials highlight how parents can spend enjoyable time together working through the exercises daily, and the program emphasises creating fun shared activities while building skills. Parents receive guidance through the structured video courses and can book consultations with team members to discuss their child's progress and needs. The optional CoordiKids Pathway is described as individualised to match your family's needs.
