Our approach
The practice offers integrative, relational therapy grounded in compassion, mindfulness, trauma-informed care and an intersectional approach. Sessions are tailored to each person's unique context, with clinicians taking time to understand your internal world and meeting you where you are with respect and genuine care. The work emphasises depth, nuance, and practical strategies that can be integrated into daily life. All healing occurs in a relational context, and therapy focuses on building self-understanding, self-compassion and meaningful connection while reducing shame and supporting sustainable change.

Your first visit
For individual counselling with children, the initial appointment is with the child's parent(s) to discuss the reasons for seeking support. For adult EMDR trauma treatment, initial appointments are 80–90 minutes, during which the psychologist reviews the process and together you determine the course of treatment. The practice also offers free 15-minute introductory calls to help you discuss what support you're looking for, ask questions about services, and determine which practitioner might best suit your needs.
