• Our approach

  Kids & Co. believes children and young people can make positive change to fulfil their potential and become happy, healthy adults. The service takes a family approach, recognising how relationships and contextual experiences shape the young person, and how emotional and behavioural difficulties affect the whole family. Each child is matched with the most suitable clinician based on their needs and the clinician's special interests and experience. Treatment begins with developing a personalised plan researched as the most effective intervention for your particular situation. All sessions aim to work closely with families to make effective and efficient change, with services available both in person and by telehealth.

  Kids & Co. takes a family approach and works closely with families to make effective and efficient change. The service values your views and experiences, and involves parents in developing a personalised treatment plan suited to your family's needs. Parent-focused services are available, including individual parent therapy and counselling, along with online parenting courses on topics such as parenting anxious children, parenting sons and daughters, and managing parental anger.

• Meet the team

  Kids & Co. was founded by Dr Anna Cohen and Amanda Frawley in 2000 and operates with a team of highly qualified and experienced clinical psychologists and psychologists. All clinical psychologists have extensive training and experience in child and adolescent mental health, child protection, and working with adults, young people, children and families. Each team member has their own special interests and experiences, allowing the service to match children's needs with the most suitable clinician for their situation.
