Our approach
The therapeutic approach draws on several evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Sessions are client-centred, and the practice emphasises creating a comfortable, sensitive and respectful environment so you feel at ease with your therapist. The psychologist works with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, relationship issues, anger, self-esteem difficulties and other emotional or behavioural challenges. The approach recognises that therapy is a significant decision, and the therapeutic relationship itself—your comfort and connection with the therapist—is vital to a rewarding experience.
