About Breakfree Psychology Services
Breakfree Psychology Services is a psychology private practice providing clinical psychology for the treatment of all relationship related issues via couples therapy, and for issues related to emotional dysregulation and interpersonal sensitivity difficulties via individual therapy. They also provide NDIS services to assist with improved living, challenging behaviours and assessment. They are the only practice in North Queensland able to provide psychologists with high level training in Gottman Couples Therapy and Schema Therapy.

- Individual Counselling
- 50 minute evidence-based therapy sessions including Schema Therapy, available online or in person for emotional dysregulation and interpersonal issues.
- Couples Counselling
- Couples therapy using Gottman Couples Therapy and other evidence-based approaches, available as weekly sessions or intensive marathon therapy.
- Psychological Assessment
- Comprehensive assessments including WAIS-IV, WISC-V, WIAT-III, Vineland-3, Functional Behaviour Assessment, Autism Assessments, and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder assessments.
- Behaviour Support Plans
- Support plans to assist with improved living and challenging behaviours.
- Critical Incident Debriefing
- Corporate service for critical incident debriefing.
- Private Employee Assistance
- Corporate service for employee assistance.
