• Our approach

  Sydney Neuropsych takes a clear, supportive, and empowering approach to neuropsychological assessment. The practice is grounded in evidence-based methods and uses gold-standard assessment tools such as the ADOS-2. During sessions, clinicians listen carefully and explain each step of the process, ensuring families understand what's happening. The team combines scientific rigour with genuine compassion, taking time to understand each child's individual experience so that assessments truly reflect who they are. Practical, detailed recommendations are provided that families can actually use at school, at work, or at home.

  Sydney Neuropsych works collaboratively with parents and carers throughout the assessment process. From your first contact, you'll work with clinicians who listen carefully and explain each step, ensuring you understand what's happening. The practice provides detailed, practical recommendations that families can use at school, at home, or in other settings. The team takes time to understand your individual experience and works hand in hand with other parts of the medical system to develop a comprehensive picture of what's happening for your child.

• Meet the team

  Sydney Neuropsych is led by Dr Hannah Korrel, a Clinical Neuropsychologist and published author. The team consists of AHPRA registered clinical neuropsychologists with extensive experience across neurodevelopmental, neurological, and cognitive conditions, including ADHD, ASD, learning difficulties, and dementia. All clinicians are trained in gold-standard assessment tools such as the ADOS-2 and follow best-practice guidelines for assessment and reporting. As a women-led practice, the team is especially passionate about recognising the unique ways neurodivergence can present across genders.
