  • Our approach

At Think Clinical Psychologists, the team provides evidence-based therapy tailored to each person's unique needs and circumstances. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, the psychologists take time to understand what you're struggling with and why, then recommend the treatment strategies most likely to help. Sessions are collaborative and practical, focused on building your confidence, insight and skills to manage life's challenges more effectively. The goal is never for therapy to feel open-ended—instead, the team works with you to develop the independence and tools you need, so over time you won't need their support anymore.

  • Meet the team

Think Clinical Psychologists has a team of nine clinical psychologists and clinical psychologist registrars, including Dr. Sarah Hughes, Dr. Barry McNamara, Amy Doust, Jessica Aradas, Jordan Seach, Kerry Critchlow, Claudia Antoun, Mary Horn, Stephanie Banning and Jodie Gibson. They work across Cremorne and North Sydney clinics and are trained to support adults, teenagers, children, couples, families and parents. Their areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, eating disorders, self-harm, grief, work and school stress, and relationship difficulties.
