Our approach
The clinic uses evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles. A key offering is their biofeedback-based emotional regulation program, which combines real-time heart-rate feedback with engaging tablet-based games to help children recognise and manage emotional responses. Children wear a comfortable heart-rate band and practice calming strategies such as slow breathing, pausing, and refocusing as the game responds to their physiological state. Families can choose between a combined approach that includes individualised emotion-regulation planning alongside the game, or a game-only format for children who find talk-based therapy challenging.
