Our approach
Stretchy Minds takes a holistic, child-centred approach tailored to each child and family's unique needs. The service views meaningful activity participation as essential to development and wellbeing, helping children do what they want, need, or are expected to do across home, school and community settings. Sessions are designed to be playful and empowering, building a "stretchy mind"—one that's creative, resilient, adaptive and connected to the body. The team works closely with families, schools and other health professionals to support this journey. By focusing on strengths and practical skills, the therapy aims to help children and families thrive in their everyday lives.
