  • Our approach

At Soulful Life Psychology, therapy is evidence-based and focused on helping you understand yourself at your core as the foundation for meaningful change. Sessions are 50 minutes long and explore your emotional and behavioural challenges in a safe, authentic space. Through introspective work, you'll gain insight into the root of your struggles and the patterns that may be holding you back, while developing greater self-awareness and compassion. The approach emphasises building genuine understanding of yourself, your relational patterns, and your needs, which flows into every aspect of your life. Therapy empowers you to make intentional choices aligned with your values and purpose, creating stronger relationships and the life you want to live.

  • Your first visit

Your first appointment is an initial assessment lasting 50 minutes, costing $260. This session allows the therapist to understand your unique situation and begin the process of getting to know who you are. The practice sends an SMS confirmation reminder three days before your appointment so you can reschedule if needed, and they ask for 48 hours notice if you're unable to attend. Payment is flexible, available via EFTPOS or direct debit after your appointment, and rebates may be available if you have a Mental Health Care Plan or private health insurance.
