Our approach
The practice uses a person-centred approach shaped by cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and schema therapy, underpinned by attachment theory and psychodynamic thinking. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all method, therapy is tailored to your needs, pace, and goals. Sessions provide time to explore what's happening now, understand how your history influences the present, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. The focus is on building awareness, shifting emotional patterns, and creating meaningful change at a pace that works for you.
