  • Our approach

Sessions use evidence-based therapies tailored to your child's needs, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness approaches, EMDR for trauma and anxiety, and Self-Compassion based therapy. The psychologist aims to help your child gain deeper understanding of their difficulties and learn new skills and tools to manage life's challenges. Through therapy, children can learn different ways to respond to suffering and develop greater freedom and wellbeing. This compassionate approach focuses on helping your child engage in a more meaningful life by getting unstuck from unhelpful patterns.
