Individual Psychology SessionsAssessment and therapy provided by a registered psychologist to support mental health, emotional wellbeing and behaviour. Psychologists work across the lifespan — helping children, adolescents and adults understand and manage challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma and learning differences.
Couples and Family TherapyUsually 60 minutes duration with all parties involved. Psychologist may speak to individual family members or partners as negotiated. Home visits can be arranged if required.
Group TherapyTherapy delivered to small groups of children or adults with similar goals, allowing participants to practise skills, build connections and learn from shared experiences. Groups are facilitated by a qualified therapist and can cover areas such as social skills, emotional regulation or anxiety management.
Adolescent and Child CounsellingPsychologists meet with parents or carers prior to seeing younger children (under 12 years) to discuss needs and developmental milestones, then conduct assessment and develop treatment plan. Confidentiality is prioritised with adolescents.
Psychological & Cognitive AssessmentsAssessment of various disorders including learning difficulties, behavioural problems, early intervention with serious mental health presentations in adolescents, personality disorder difficulties and adult mental health difficulties. Full range of psychological tests and assessment methods available.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)A structured, evidence-based therapy that helps people identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. CBT is widely used for anxiety, depression, OCD and many other mental health challenges, and has strong evidence for both children and adults.
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)Therapy particularly useful in helping clients access and process distressing and traumatic thoughts and memories. Multiple practitioners trained in EMDR.

Schema TherapyAn integrative psychological therapy that explores deep-rooted patterns (schemas) formed in childhood that drive unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviours in adulthood. It combines elements of CBT, attachment theory and other approaches to bring about lasting personality and emotional change.
Couples TherapyTherapy for couples experiencing relationship difficulties, communication breakdowns or major life transitions. A therapist helps partners understand each other's perspectives, improve communication and work toward a healthier, more connected relationship.
Group Art Therapy WorkshopsArt experience not necessary. Workshops currently available.
Telehealth SessionsTherapy, assessment and consultation delivered remotely via video call, allowing families to access support from home without the need to travel. Telehealth sessions cover most services including psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy and counselling.
Treatment in the Digital AgePsychologists incorporate iPad apps and assessment tools into sessions, including guided meditation, mood tracking and CBT-based apps.
