  • Our approach

The team believes every child is unique and tailors treatment plans to each child's individual goals and needs. Sessions combine up-to-date research with evidence-based, proven techniques to address emotional, social and behavioural difficulties. The practitioners create a supportive environment where children and parents can share thoughts and feelings openly, taking time to understand each child's needs and develop goals together. A systemic, practical approach guides the work, with psychologists using modalities such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and play therapy with younger clients. The practice is committed to providing evidence-based care and helping children reach their full potential while supporting family cohesion.

  • Working with families

The practice strives to create a supportive environment where parents can share thoughts and feelings openly, and takes time to understand each child's unique needs and develop goals together with the family. A systemic approach to treatment involves working closely with families to promote healing, resilience and positive development. The team is committed to supporting young people and their families to achieve therapeutic goals and overcome challenges, and understanding how they can support families as a whole unit.
