  • Our approach

V-Well Allied Health delivers personalised allied health support focused on connection and empowerment across the lifespan. The approach values creating care that feels personal and human, recognising that families need more than just therapy sessions—they need guidance, understanding, and genuine connection. Services are delivered through mobile and telehealth options, offering flexibility and accessibility. The practice works collaboratively with families, offering parent coaching for toddlers in everyday routines and supporting children, teens, and adults with communication, swallowing, and related needs. Every session is grounded in the belief that meaningful outcomes come through supporting people to feel heard, respected, and genuinely supported in their journey.

  • Meet the team

The team is led by Vanessa, a speech pathologist and team lead, supported by Henry, a speech pathologist, and Sabeeba, an allied health assistant. The practice also employs Hilary as an allied health assistant and Wani in administration. V-Well is building a collaborative team of speech pathologists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals across the lifespan. The founder, a speech pathologist with extensive experience in homes, schools, and aged care, created the practice to support families and build a workplace where clinicians feel valued, supported, and proud of their work.
