Our approach
Tim Yassine leans towards a psychodynamic, existential and humanistic style, engaging in deeper therapeutic work. He can also work within a cognitive behavioural framework that explores the interplay of thoughts, emotions and behaviour, or an interpersonal style that examines relationships and communication. Mindfulness-based approaches are also incorporated. Initial sessions focus on understanding what you're seeking and the issues you'd like to address, with later sessions moving into more in-depth work that is meaningful though not always structured.
