Our approach
Therapy at Pollen+ is person-centred, family-centred, and grounded in evidence. Sessions are tailored to each child's capacity and goals, focusing on building regulation first, supporting participation in everyday environments, and developing sustainable skills. The approach is adapted to each child's nervous system and readiness, and works in real-world settings like home and school. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all — the team takes time to understand what is driving your child's difficulties, using a neuroaffirming and trauma-informed approach. Parents and caregivers are supported throughout so that strategies don't stay just in the therapy room.
