Our approach
The therapeutic approach focuses on helping clients connect with their best selves to live their best lives. Psychologists draw from cognitive behavioural, trauma-focused, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion-focused, positive psychology, schema, attachment, psychodynamic and gestalt therapies, alongside body-based approaches such as somatic work. Sessions emphasise working with clients rather than prescribing solutions—combining the therapist's formal training and experience with the client's own knowledge of themselves and their lives. For children, therapy uses both verbal and non-verbal creative forms of expression including talk, art and play therapy matched to their developmental level. The overarching philosophy prioritises genuine human connection and helping clients get from wherever they are to where they want to go.
