Our approach
Sessions are guided by a neuro-affirming philosophy that recognises each person's unique strengths and challenges. The psychologist works from a person-centred, strength-based and trauma-informed perspective, creating a warm and respectful therapeutic space where you feel safe and valued. Treatment focuses on supporting clients through a neurodivergent-affirming lens, modelled on the social model of disability. The counselling style is thoughtful and empathic, highlighting individual strengths while offering affirming strategies to help reach therapy goals. Environmental sensory needs are welcomed and accommodated to ensure comfort during sessions. Sound, evidence-based practices are used to improve mental well-being and build confidence for living a full life.
