  • Our approach

Natasha provides thoughtful clinical psychology services grounded in attachment and psychodynamic therapy principles, reflective functioning, mentalisation and interpersonal psychotherapy, with training in cognitive behavioural therapy. She offers a safe and confidential space where you and your child can explore and develop new ways of thinking, managing and coping with emotional and mental health difficulties. Sessions run for 50 minutes and may be shorter-term (around 4–12 sessions) for practical interventions, or longer-term psychotherapy (6 months or more) for deeper work. Her approach helps build better relationships and develop greater psychological understanding of your current situation.

  • Working with families

Natasha provides a safe and confidential place to think about and discuss what is happening for you, your children and your family. She specialises in parent-infant attachment work, which explicitly includes helping establish supportive relationships and facilitating your capacity to recognise and respond to your child's emotional and developmental needs. Her perinatal and parent-focused expertise demonstrates a commitment to working with parents as partners in understanding and supporting your child's wellbeing.
