  • Our approach

LiveBig's approach is collaborative and person-centred, working together with you, your family and other service providers to achieve your goals. Sessions are delivered flexibly at home, in the community, or via telehealth, tailored to what suits you best. The team focuses on real-life outcomes rather than just sessions, and coordinates multidisciplinary support across allied health services to reduce the complexity of managing multiple providers. Every clinician is trained to deliver evidence-based interventions aligned to your specific needs and NDIS goals.

  • Meet the team

LiveBig's team includes AHPRA-registered allied health professionals: Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Counsellors, Psychologists, Social Workers, Physiotherapists, and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners. Leadership spans clinicians with extensive experience—Anatomoly Kuzmis (Acting CEO, registered OT with 20+ years experience), Emma Thomas (Head of Operations, 20+ years in disability), Melanie Gallagher (Head of Clinical Capability, 25+ years in allied health), and other area managers and team leaders providing supervision and support. All practitioners are experienced across a range of disabilities and hold relevant professional registrations and qualifications.

  • Your first visit

The first appointment begins with learning about your needs, goals and NDIS plan, followed by a comprehensive assessment where a clinician evaluates your strengths, challenges and areas for support. A personalised therapy or support plan is then created in collaboration with you and your key supports, aligned to your specific goals. Regular sessions follow to build skills, track progress and adjust supports as needed, with the team handling all NDIS reporting and documentation throughout your journey.

Session length varies between clinics and services, so check it with the provider when you book. The number depends on your child's goals; the pathologist will recommend a plan after the initial assessment.
