• Meet the team

  Klint Kids has a large, expanding team of highly-skilled paediatric physiotherapists with specific interests and expertise in different areas. Team members are trained to assess all aspects of motor activities and include specialists in areas such as baby physiotherapy, gait training, footwear and orthotics, and adolescent care. Some team members have additional training in Bobath therapy, conductive education, and other specialist handling techniques. The team applies expert knowledge in developmental neurology, motor learning and neuroplasticity, and works together so that multiple practitioners may become involved to support different aspects of your child's care as needed. A Clinical Lead oversees the service to ensure quality and consistent, evidence-based care.

• Your first visit

  At the first appointment, the therapist takes time to listen and understand your family's journey and what has and has not worked for your child in the past. They conduct an in-depth assessment of your child's movement and motor activities, including identifying any concerns and what might be missing in their movement patterns.
