Our approach
Kids & Co takes a family-focused approach to therapy, recognising how relationships and family experiences influence a child's emotional and behavioural wellbeing. Each child is matched with the most suitable clinician from the team, whose skills and interests align with their specific needs. Treatment begins with developing a personalised plan researched to be most effective for your situation, ensuring care is tailored rather than one-size-fits-all. All clinical psychologists have extensive training in child and adolescent mental health, child protection, and working with families. Sessions are available in person at multiple locations or by telehealth, making it easier to access support that works for your family.

The practice also offers parent-focused therapy and runs parenting courses and workshops to support and empower families.

Kids & Co was founded by Dr Anna Cohen and Amanda Frawley in 2000, and operates with a team of highly qualified and experienced clinical psychologists and psychologists across multiple locations. Each team member has extensive experience and training in child and adolescent mental health, child protection, and working with families. Because team members have different special interests and experiences, they can match your child's needs with the most suitable clinician. The practice is well respected by general practitioners, psychiatrists and other reputable organisations across Australia.
