Our approach
Keystone Psychology uses evidence-based, ethical and flexible therapy that is responsive to each young person's individual learning style, personal and environmental needs. Sessions aim to provide a safe, respectful counselling environment to explore concerns, with practical recommendations tailored to the individual's circumstances. The team works with young people presenting with a range of sensitive and concerning behaviours—including those related to unhealthy or harmful patterns, trauma, mental health difficulties, and difficulties with emotion regulation and social skills. Treatment is designed to improve wellbeing and help young people address issues that could otherwise negatively impact their future. The focus is on providing help that is realistic and achievable for positive change.
