Our approach
The service uses collaborative, family-focused occupational therapy to help children develop their full potential through a variety of evidence-based techniques. Sessions are tailored to each child's individual needs, with therapists working with families to set goals and design personalized therapy programs. The team addresses key areas including hand function, balance and coordination, daily living skills, learning, emotional regulation, and social skills. As children develop new abilities through therapy, their confidence and self-esteem naturally grow. The approach recognizes that children develop at their own pace and works to support those finding it harder to acquire skills compared with their peers.
