• Our approach

  Bright World Therapy uses evidence-based, individualised intervention delivered through fun, engaging activities during sessions. The service is provided in a welcoming environment, including a fully equipped sensory gym designed to help children develop their skills quickly. Sessions focus on working towards families' own goals, whether that involves fine and gross motor development, sensory processing, handwriting, social skills, school readiness, or confidence building. Therapists are passionate about helping children develop their skills, increase their independence, and achieve their full potential in a fun and supportive environment.

• Meet the team

  Bright World Therapy was established by Scarlett Meng, who holds a Master's of Occupational Therapy from the University of Sydney and brings 12 years of experience working with children across paediatric hospitals, private practice and not-for-profit organisations. She has extensive practical experience treating children with a wide range of challenges and is dedicated to providing evidence-based care in a supportive environment.

• Your first visit

  A comprehensive assessment using standardised assessment tools, clinical observations and parent interviews forms the foundation of the first appointment. This detailed assessment process allows the therapist to understand your child's strengths, challenges and what matters most to your family. You will receive a formal, detailed comprehensive report following the assessment, which outlines findings and recommendations. This thorough initial process ensures the therapy plan is specifically tailored to your child's needs and family goals.
