Our approach
INTEGRA offers holistic, trauma-informed, and attachment-focused therapy using evidence-based interventions tailored to each person's needs. Sessions create a safe, compassionate space where contemporary therapeutic approaches are integrated to support emotional wellbeing and recovery. The team works collaboratively with clients to address concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment difficulties, and relationship challenges. Sessions are 50 minutes in duration, with extended 90-minute sessions available by arrangement. The clinic is located in Tugun on the Southern Gold Coast, with both in-person and online appointments available to suit your preferences.
Your first visit
Your initial appointment is an intake session lasting 50 minutes, where you'll have the opportunity to discuss your unique goals, needs, and challenges in a safe and supportive environment. During this first visit, the therapist gathers information to understand your situation and begin developing a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. The intake session costs $230, or $150 if you're seeing a Provisional Psychologist. If you have an active Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you can claim a Medicare rebate of approximately $98.90 towards the session fee. You don't need a referral to book, though one is required if you wish to claim Medicare benefits.
