- Specialised therapy recommended by WHO for PTSD treatment in adults and children, also helpful for anxiety, stress, panic attacks, depression, phobias, addictions, and dissociation.
- Couples Counselling
- 90-minute sessions addressing relationship issues and couple dynamics.
- Family Therapy
- Therapy addressing family dynamics and relationships.
- Play Therapy
- Therapeutic approach using play for children.
- Parenting Support
- Counselling and support for parenting issues and challenges.
- Bereavement Counselling
- Support for grief and loss.
- Trauma & Abuse Support
- Specialised support for trauma and abuse impacts, supported by The Blue Butterfly Foundation.
