  • Our approach

Inside Out Therapy uses a play-based, client-led approach across all their services, helping children feel more regulated, build confidence in daily routines, and develop stronger communication and social skills. Sessions take place in non-clinical, welcoming therapy rooms designed for children of all ages and abilities, creating a warm, inclusive environment where kids can be themselves. The team is passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care and meets each child where they are at, supporting them to discover new interests and learn strategies to manage emotions. Whether through occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychology, or counselling, the focus is on building connections and helping children engage more meaningfully with family, peers and their everyday lives.

  • Working with families

Parents and carers are supported through dedicated services including parent coaching, parent and family counselling, and group and peer programs. The provider believes in helping families build connections and meet people where they're at, extending their neurodiversity-affirming, inclusive approach to the whole family. Communication about your child's progress and next steps begins from your first contact with the clinic.
