  • Our approach

The service combines traditional psychology methods including counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with newer techniques such as BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® (BWRT®) and the Little Red Riding Hood Reconditioning Technique, all tailored to your child's specific needs. The approach is warm, caring, understanding and non-judgmental, working collaboratively with you to achieve your goals. Sessions can take place in-person or online, in an environment of your choice, and focus on building emotional well-being, independence, confidence and self-knowledge. The psychologist values the lived experience that young people bring to therapy and works positively to help them overcome barriers and gain a greater sense of control in their life.
