Dr Jackie Cesareo brings over 20 years of experience working with children, teens and families, offering a compassionate, empathetic approach grounded in curiosity and appreciation for each person's unique story. Sessions draw on evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, trauma-informed practices, Internal Family Systems, Mentalization-Based Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.
