  • Your first visit

Your first appointment begins with obtaining a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, which enables you to receive Medicare rebates for 10-20 sessions per year. Once you have this, call the centre on (08) 9335 8777 to book your appointment and bring the referral with you. At your first session, you'll meet with one of the psychologists who will conduct an initial assessment, either in person at the Fremantle location or via telehealth (video or phone). The centre can also help arrange this appointment within 24 hours of your GP's referral. Medicare, DVA and Private Health Fund rebates are available, and limited bulk billing appointments are offered for those experiencing financial difficulties.
