Our approach
Clear Health Psychology uses evidence-based therapy to help children learn new coping strategies and deal with complex issues in one-on-one sessions with an experienced psychologist. The practice employs a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Interpersonal Therapy, tailored to each child's needs. Sessions focus on helping young people develop resilience and improve their wellbeing while working through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, learning difficulties, and family issues. All clinicians are AHPRA-registered or accredited professionals committed to evidence-based treatment.
