About Centre 360
Centre 360 Youth and Family Service specialises in counselling and early intervention programs for at-risk young people and their families. They work with young people aged 12–24 and their families in specific Sydney local government areas. As a counselling service, they walk alongside clients to help them feel comfortable sharing their challenges, and they go further by advocating for clients in health, court, NDIS, school, and other systems to help achieve life goals.

Our approach
Centre 360 offers a holistic, creative and flexible approach to counselling that is trauma-informed and strengths-based. Sessions focus on creating a safe space for young people to explore their journey, identify personal strengths and develop coping strategies tailored to their specific needs. The service works flexibly to respond to individual circumstances and, when appropriate, involves families to support better outcomes while maintaining confidentiality. The counselling covers a wide range of experiences including trauma and loss, abuse and neglect, family struggles, mental health issues, substance dependencies, school-related problems and anxiety. Sessions extend beyond standard time limits, with advocates sometimes supporting young people in health and court systems, with NDIS, at school, Centrelink and Housing NSW to help achieve life goals.
Working with families
Centre 360 recognises the importance of working with families and carers to ensure the best outcomes for young people. At times and where appropriate, the service works together with family members to help support young people through challenges, all while maintaining confidentiality. The organisation also provides dedicated parenting support programs including the Tuning in to Teens program, which offers parents and carers therapeutic support, skills and confidence to better manage family issues. A parenting webinar delivered by adolescent and family counsellors covers adolescent development, its impacts on the teen-parent relationship and strategies for maintaining connection during the teenage years.
