Sessions take place in a safe, nurturing space where clients are gently supported to explore their challenges, discover where they want to be, and implement effective strategies for change. The therapists specialise in areas including stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, parenting, and grief. A holistic philosophy underpins the work, acknowledging emotional, psychological, physical, spiritual and environmental aspects of each person.
