Our approach
Sessions use play therapy, cognitive-behavioural strategies, and emotional regulation skill-building to help children manage emotions, behaviours, and experiences in a safe, nurturing environment. The practice applies a neuroaffirming approach with therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and play therapy. Children are supported to cope with challenges like anxiety, behavioural difficulties, social issues, or family changes while carers are educated and empowered alongside them. Every child is seen as an individual and welcomed with warmth, respect and understanding.
