  • Our approach

Wells Psychology offers evidence-based, personalised therapy that weaves together multiple therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. Sessions draw from attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirming practices, incorporating techniques such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, and somatic approaches. The practice creates a flexible, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves, with the option to bring comfort items and have sessions adapted to individual preferences. The aim is to support emotional well-being, processing distressing experiences, building resilience, and developing stronger self-compassion through a caring, non-judgmental approach.
