About Wellbe Bulk Billing Counselling & Psychology
Wellbe was established in 2012 with the aim of providing people with better access to psychological services in Sydney. We now have 3 clinics across Sydney, with over 30 psychologists, counsellors and social workers as part of the Wellbe team. We understand that mental health is important, that is why we choose to remain accessible through our bulk billing services.

- Bulk Billed Group Sessions
- 20 hours of group sessions available for new clients with a mental health plan from GP with no gap fee.
- Bulk Billed Short Sessions
- Individual check-in sessions of 20 minutes conducted by phone at no direct cost, work best in combination with free groups.
- Affordable Therapy Support
- Longer mental health sessions at $95 out-of-pocket cost per session (10 per year under mental health plan).
- Unlimited Counselling Sessions
- Sessions available with trainee counsellors with no limit to sessions per year, not deducted from plan allocation.
- Evidence-Based Treatments
- Treatments for acute stress reaction, adjustment disorder, anger management, anxiety disorder, body image issues, depression, drug and alcohol issues, early childhood intervention, gambling addiction, OCD, relationship issues, PTSD, social phobia, and stress/sleep issues.

Our approach
Wellbe offers evidence-based treatments delivered by psychologists, counsellors and social workers across individual and group therapy formats, available both face-to-face and via telehealth. The provider treats a wide range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, sleep issues and many others. Sessions are structured to support clients' wellness journeys, with flexible options including short 20-minute check-in sessions and longer therapy appointments. The clinic aims to keep mental health care accessible through bulk billing and affordable out-of-pocket costs, recognising that mental wellbeing is essential.
