Our approach
Art therapy and counselling work happens in a compassionate space where creative expression becomes a pathway to reflection and growth. Sessions can incorporate Guided Drawing, a sensorimotor trauma therapy method that uses movement tracked on paper with pastels and paint to release and restore natural rhythms, or Clay Field Therapy, a body-based somatic approach using tactile touch to access memories without requiring language. Both approaches are trauma-informed and suitable for children and adults. The work supports people navigating life's challenges including grief, anxiety, relationship difficulties and disconnection.
