  • Our approach

Psychology in the Park offers consultations that combine assessment and treatment with psychologists and counsellors in restorative outdoor park settings, as well as traditional clinic and telehealth options. Research shows that walking outdoors enhances thought processes and mood, and sessions may take place while walking or seated in parks at Wilson Botanical Park, Pioneers Park, or Beaconsfield Park. The practice is built on the understanding that exposure to natural environments has significant positive impacts on mental health and personal growth. Clinic appointments are also available at the George Street location in Beaconsfield for those who prefer indoor consultations, and secure telehealth sessions provide convenient access from home.
