Initial consultations allocate 90 minutes to help you feel comfortable sharing your story without time pressure, followed by a personalised treatment plan addressing your specific goals. • Your first visit

Your first appointment is 90 minutes long, giving you time to feel comfortable and share your story without rushing. Before the appointment, you'll receive questionnaires and consent forms to help inform the assessment. The session covers consent and any immediate concerns, followed by questions to help understand you as a person and your support network, then discussion of the challenges you're facing and your therapy goals. At the end, a treatment plan will be proposed. This appointment is a "try-out" for both of you to ensure the therapeutic relationship feels right and the approach suits your needs.
