  • Our approach

Evidence-based psychological therapy is provided using several therapeutic models tailored to individual needs. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is frequently used and teaches important strategies for good mental health. Other approaches include Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness Training, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, and Clinical Hypnotherapy. Sessions aim to develop self-understanding, new thinking patterns, and healthier attitudes towards life situations. The focus is on making small changes to self-defeating behaviour patterns and developing coping strategies for feelings of sadness, anxiety, and anger.
