Our approach
Child psychologists work collaboratively with children, teens and their parents to bring about change, providing knowledge and tools to help your child feel confident, build resilience and thrive. Sessions are tailored to each child's age and emotional capacity, with practitioners qualified and supported by senior staff who regularly reflect on their practice. The team uses evidence-based therapy approaches and takes a neuroaffirming stance that celebrates and supports children's neurodiversity as part of who they are. Sessions explore emotions and challenges through therapeutic methods matched to what each child needs, whether through talk, play or other therapeutic strategies.
